Fairview Pointe is a 110 unit gated townhome community in the Palm-Aire section of Pompano Beach, Florida. Located on the west side of Palm-Aire on West Palm-Aire Drive, Fairview Pointe may be reached off Powerline Drive from South Palm-Aire Drive, or off McNab via either Cypress Drive or SW 36th.
